For the 1st six weeks, I too had that same issue. For me, I had to identify where the button was. Kept squeezing the wrong place. Once identified where it was, it was all good.

You may want to look at this thread. As I recall, costs are nearly the same as the US and they only install the AMS but not the Coloplast. However, my information (and memory) could be dated.

I'm in the same boat. Over a year now, and zero pain. Just my opinion, no pain (or discomfort) no gain. Suspect that I've lost a bit of length, but gained some girth.

Am now considering a VED to help improve length, since I've read on this forum that the implant also stretches a bit.
