Re: Aggressive Sex and Pump Failure Q&A

Definitely need to know what you consider "rough sex". My biggest fear is having my implant go bad and having to have it re-done. Took me over 5 months to feel better after my implant, at 7 months it's down to slight discomfort. Rough sex as in primal sportfucking. Fucking hard from behin...

Re: Aggressive Sex and Pump Failure Q&A

I, too wonder about the mode of failure. Was it the implant itself (the inflatable tubes), the pump valve, the pump bulb, the tubing or tubing connectors? Sudden leak or slow leak of the fluid out of the system (saline being safely absorbed into your body)? Failure without loss of the saline fluid?...

Re: Aggressive Sex and Pump Failure Q&A

Not trying to nit pick. But to me it sounds more like a tubing/splice failure than an implant failure. Ya, I know. A failure is a failure. But replacing the pump sure seems minor compared to getting the whole implant replaced. You never mentioned what type of incision your surgeon used. Was it pubi...

Aggressive Sex and Pump Failure Q&A

I’ve recently blown through a Coloplast Titan in a years time. Had a pump revision that lasted 6 months. Now I just got replanted yesterday. Both pumps were Genesis. I’ve now converted to a One Touch Coloplast Titan 22cm I usually have aggressive sex. Are there certain positions I should be avoiding...

Re: Revision Tomorrow: Titan One Touch

I am converting from a Genesis pump to an One Touch pump. When you say "One Touch" pump is that the OTR pump or the Touch pump? I don't see a One Touch pump in the Coloplast catalog. I would go with the latest model, which is the Touch pump, and skip the OTR which is an older model (betwe...

Revision Tomorrow: Titan One Touch

I am having a revision tomorrow morning to replace my Coloplast Titan 22cm. I am converting from a Genesis pump to an One Touch pump. I’ve heard mixed reviews regarding the sticky deflate valve. Just wanted to get some feedback about some people’s experience with the One Touch pumps. Is it true that...

Re: Anyone here implanted by Dr Hakky

Hello If anyone here has been implanted by Dr Hakky..would love to hear your experience and results. He seems to be high volume surgeon, 196 implants last year. We dont seem to hear about his patients a lot here. Is there a reason mostly we read about Dr. Eid and Dr.Kramers patients. Dr. Hakky is m...

Re: Service life - 20 year study

Idk guys. Don’t mean to be a buzzkill, but I’ve had 2 failures in less than 2 years. About to have my 3rd Revision. I’m trying to keep the faith, but I believe the devices are pieces of shit. Try to stay positive, but all I’m reminded with are failed rigs. I hear you. Even the best manufacturers wi...
