I also have no issues with RTEs.
I believe the doc used them to have the tubes going to the pump be a straight shot, and the right length.

I'd like to weigh in on one issue. I don't believe it's necessary to use a pump after surgery to maintain size. I use it and also have RE.
Not a big deal, but I wish it weren't so.
