I had both implants. AMS is easier to inflate and deflate and way faster with slightly biger pump.

You are very functional in you natural state, and you don’t need an implant.
It would be sin to destroy your god given function.
Change your antidepressants, try others, Wellbutrin has very good sexual side effects.
