Re: I have made the decision for an implant
TomW46 - how are you doing with your recovery? I'm not a happy camper. I was activated at 6 weeks (3 days ago). I can pump it up now but I can't deflate the damn thing. The pump is high and I can't get hold of both sides of the valve at the same time because it is somehow connected to my right ball...

Re: Titan Touch location
At 6-weeks post-op, I just started cycling and I’m also having difficulty locating and operating the release on my Coloplast Titan. (Pumping is no problem.) Making matters worse in operating the release is the fact that I have a very small scrotum. I usually have to apply heat to loosen my scrotum ...

Re: Cath after implant
I know that I had a Foley's cath after my implant. I HATED that bastard. I wonder if the Coloplast cath is better?

Re: Bump/bubble on side of LGX?
I have exactly the same thing and same size in the left cylinder of my Titan. I'm due to be activated day after tomorrow (six weeks since surgery). I'll ask the doctor then to look at it and I'm betting he will tell me it's a wrinkle. It's very irritating, though.

You will get better. Slow down take your time try it in the tub or hot shower. If you have your keyring model wrap in in a wash cloth and pratice try it with your eyes closed to develop you feel Good idea on the wash cloth. I'll try that on the side of the hot tub tonight. Re: Love the new titan Touch
I wish I could get the hang of it. I just can't do it. Mine's high and it's hard to grip both sides of the valve at the same time. When I try to squeeze it, it just slips right out of my fingers. I'm at exactly 4 weeks now.

Re: Big surprise in mail
Medicare and FEP Blue Cross paid every penny for mine. I dumped GEHA years ago over stuff they wouldn't pay. Dealing with them was a nightmare. With both Medicare and Blue Cross, I never pay anything.
