Either it was introduced and not cleared at installation or there is a faulty resivour or tube allowing air in during deflation. This would be a rare occurance but definitely one that needs attention because it can't repair itse...

Hang in there for another day and see if there's any improvement. Do you have much pain? If not you're likely doing fine. Your dick and scrotum went through a major procedure. Give it time. I watched the video. Kramer's amazing!

I don't have the Titan but the most comfortable for me was a pair of boxer briefs, jock on top of that, and lay your dick straight up against your abdomen. It was very comfortable for me until I could allow things to hang normally.
