I too have the genesis pump and keychain practice pump. My doctor had me demonstrate in the office before clearing me to cycle. Takes some practice and gets easier as you heal. I use index finger and thumb then squeeze with my right hand. Good luck.

Welcome to a whole new world of sex once you’re healed up. Sounds like everything went well and wish you the best. And just IMO the new year is a good time to give up dip I loved it but after oral cancer surgery and treatments my implant was a breeze lol.

Mine was infra pubic and I have never felt my reservoir or given it any thought. After having a lung removed six months ago due to recurring cancer I am back to being active and we have a great sex life. Probably all of us had some second thoughts it’s normal.

One time in the hospital they used a condom catheter and it worked OK. Sounds like the same idea. Also have you tried getting on the quad side saddle then swinging your leg over ? It was just a suggestion no need to be pissy about it.

Happy Toy and I were done about the same time and I haven’t had problem one either. Recently saw my surgeon and told him I was doing my best to wear it out, we both had a good laugh. Still 100% glad about having it done.
