Sorry guys but this is kinda related to ed at least psychological ed. I am seriously considering having lipo done just above my dick to get rid of some fat there. I'm also considering having my scrotom reduced. All to make my dick appear bigger. Does anyone have experience with this?

FlaDon-I feel your pain. Right now I'm 5. Dr. Stretched it to 5 3/4 hoping to push it to 6. I'm 47. The older I get the less I worry about size. But I still look at it in the mirror to stretch it out for size. Getting surgery next year.

Yes. Injections worked well. But I have small girth and dick was too bendable. I'm looking for rock hard and something close to spontaneous.
