Re: Sitting, gym, and implant. Any issues?

I often found I would have to slide back into a seat so it pulled my nuts forward a little as I sat down. Definitely more packed in there than before. It was most noticeable for the first couple of months, but I don't notice it at all now.

Re: Hot baths

I started the hot baths on the third day after surgery, but only with my surgeon's permission. It was heaven. I kept it up 3 times a day for the first few weeks, helped with the pain and counter-intuitively didn't add to the swelling. I liked it so much I bought a hot tub, which I still use a lot, 4...

Re: Implant After Radiation

I had radiation a few years before the implant surgery. The doctor said that it was a harder surgery than most men due to the fried tissues from the radiation therapy, but it was successful and I'm very happy with the implant. Just make sure you are open with the surgeon about what's happening and w...

Re: Inflation issues

Heat definitely helps. I ended up buying a hot tub right after i got back from surgery and started using it as soon as I had clearance from my surgeon. I still prefer to inflate in the hot tub, even after 4 years, but it's not hard to do anywhere once you get the pump broken in a little more. My doc...

Re: Underwear

The separate pouch underwear feel great for a while after surgery, but aren't necessary. Once things settle down, anything you like is fine. I personally wear mostly boxer briefs but i can wear anything comfortable. I enjoyed trying the David Archy 2-pouch briefs for a while, and they added comfort ...

Re: Question about implant

Every doctor is a little different. I purposely chose a doctor that let me start cycling early, did "minimally invasive" surgery, and worked hard to make sure I didn't lose size. Here are my answers: 1. 70 % for a week. The 3 weeks you are waiting is pretty standard, though some are 6-8 we...

Re: Underwear or not?

My doctor wanted me to wear the jock (and he sized it too small on purpose) to keep the boys supported for the first couple of weeks. The jock he gave me had a hole in it for my dick to poke through, though, and that was good as he left me about 70% inflated for a week until I could start cycling. I...

Re: infrapubic

very happy. I chose the doctor partially on wanting infrapubic. Worked out great. Activated at one week, walking a couple miles at 2 weeks, racquetball at 4 weeks. Quick healing for me. The opening in my abdomen was a small slit just above the shaft of my dick. It was sealed with surgical glue and I...

Re: First time disappointment

Since you're not seeing your doctor for a couple of months, you should ask him if it is OK to increase the dosage little by little until it works. Mine got me started on a dosage that seemed to work in his office, but told me if it wasn't enough to add another 2 to 3 units each time until it worked ...

Re: Bicycle & Motorcycle Riding with pump in Scrotum

I was tender for bike riding for a while. Bought a new bike seat that spread the pressure out differently and it helped, but what helped most was more healing. No problem at all once healed.
