Re: Anything outside of pills, pumps, injections or implants?

Right, they are actual rings, not the donut disks. I don't know if they're silicone or vinyl, but they have a ring with a solid handle on each side. When they are brand new you can barely stretch them enough to get onto the loading cone. The Select rings are white, the Ultimate are sort of clear, an...

Re: Anything outside of pills, pumps, injections or implants?

If you are using a VED and losing your erection when you try to have intercourse, you probably need a tighter and/or stiffer tension ring. When I first got my pump (Augusta Medical) and was practicing with it, it seemed the size 6 (7/8" diam) was ok, but when I tried using it for intercourse, I...

Re: Using the Prelude

I received my Prelude today, and tried it out right away. It worked very well, and I think this will be much better therapy, going forward, than the penis massage I have been doing up until now. The Prelude erection, while not as long and hard as a VED erection, feels perhaps a little more natural.

Re: viberect

So, would you say the viberect is for mild or moderate ED, not caused by nerve and blood vessel damage caused by RRP surgery? I had rock-hard erections with 1/2 a 50mg viagra tablet prior to surgery. Post-surgery I am a sexual paraplegic, with no response after 100 mg viagra. Would therapy with vibe...

Re: Taking longer to orgasm

This reminds me of a vibrator I read about that might be useful in this situation. It's called a We-vibe, and its a small, flat, moldable vibrator as I understand it (I haven't tried one yet). The wide part lays on her external parts and vibrates her clit and labia; the narrow part can be bent aroun...

Re: Weird Places I've Climaxed

Well, it probably would have helped if I could have, but I was in a train car with a bunch of other people, and couldn't have gotten my hand inside my underwear that fast anyway. It was a very memorable experience!

Re: Weird Places I've Climaxed

I was on an overnight train ride from Iowa to New Jersey when I was in college. I had to sleep sitting up in the coach, so it was sleeping on and off all night. I woke up in the morning and knew immediately that I was going to cum in my pants in about 10 seconds! Nothing to do but let 'er rip, then ...

Using the Prelude

Is it too late to start using the Prelude for penile therapy if it's been 3 1/2 years since RRP surgery? My doctor never mentioned penile therapy, but I've been doing daily massage therapy on my dick as a way to try to keep the tissue healthy. I use a VED for intercourse about twice a week. Is the P...

Re: Loss of length and sensitivity

Has anyone's doctor suggested a daily penis massage or possibly a daily "workout" with a Stamina Training Unit (Fleshlight), as a way to speed up the process of regaining sensitivity?

Re: Penile Rehabilitation

My doctor was also not interested in helping me recover after the surgery (3 1/2 years ago). He wouldn't let me try the shots, but that's ok. He did give me Muse, which worked sort of, and also Tri-Mix gel. The problem with Tri-Mix gel is getting the medicine inside your urethra - it tends to squirt...
