Re: PSA Doubled In A Year
I wasn't offered general anesthesia and in retrospect see no need for it and I'm kind of a big pussy when it comes to medical procedures. Don't get me wrong, I didn't like it at all, but it's not all that bad. I've had a number of dental and ENT procedures that made the biopsy pale dramatically in c...

Re: PSA Doubled In A Year
Risk/Reward, only you can decide. Personally, while not pleasant, I didn't find the needle biopsy so bad so as to be avoided with what the risk of not finding cancer in time would be. I had three biopsies over a couple of years. When the last finally revealed cancer (I don't remember the score) I ha...

Re: Dialators to expand extremely tight vagina?
My wife has used novelty dildos in varying sizes in the past with some success. A set of "trainers" would probably work even better. I found an abstract of an artivle that may be of some interest: Women’s experiences of using vaginal trainers (dilators) to treat vaginal penetration difficu...

Re: Adjustable ring
Lots of adjustable rings, etc. Google will turn some up. Adam and Eve has some but they tend to be badly over priced. There's the lasso type. Thicker is better with them. Some just adjust through a friction ring but others will have a locking adjustment ring. The lassos tend to pinch when adjusting. ...

Re: Numbing gel for Trimix injection
I don't have a big issue with needle pain but have you tried an ice cube? I use the 31g needles but I can't imagine there would be that much difference between 31 and 30.

Re: Erections ONLY with Trimix now?
In my case, I started using Trimix because I could not get and maintain a viable erection. And I started with Trimix after none of the "little blue pills" worked. So, no, I cannot get an erection without Trimix. But I couldn't get an erection before Trimix either. If you have natural erec...

Re: Priapism event
What was the prognosis given by the doctor? I'm sure they cautioned you about waiting so long next time. I'm no medical professional but I believe inconsistent results where it varies from excellent results to failed results is usually due to injection technique and not the dose itself. Good luck. G...

Re: New to site and despondent
We all suffer when afflicted by the various forms of ED. Our spouses suffer too. You are fortunate to have a caring supportive wife. Treat her well. And don't be a stranger. Hang around and share both your successes and failures. Hopefully mostly successes. Let us know how the Mayo Clinic visit goes...
