Re: Thinking Out Loud

Continence is good, but not perfect. I still wear a pad for safety -- in case I sneeze or hear a really good joke before I have a chance to "tighten up". Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with my progress on this count. I don't know that the implant is next, but given my ED prior to the RP, my s...

Re: Thinking Out Loud

I have the same decision to make -- Local or Kramer? Since I'm in the Philadelphia area, the trip to Baltimore is not a big deal. I have an appointment in Phila. in a few days (Dr. Wm. Jaffe at Penn), presumably for doppler test, etc. Injections not working well, and they are a pain - (literally and...

Re: Natural erections after using Trimix

Hello Tarheel, Would you mind telling me the name and contact info for the pharmacy that compounds to this formula? I had tremendous pain and unsatisfactory erections from the prostaglandin in my 30/1/10 mix. Have switched to bimix 30/1.5 without success (but no pain). I'm awaiting delivery of a new...

Looking for Pharmacy for Trimix with 0.5 mcg PDE-1

My Trimix Rx was for 30mg/10mcg/1mg and caused terrific pain, which I know is from the PDE-1 (10mcg). As I titrated up from 10u to 45u, it came close to producing an erection satisfactory for intercourse, but the pain was so bad I couldn't even attempt it. Uro switched me to Bimix (30mg/1.5mg). No p...

Trimix pain Switched to bimix

I started Trimix #5 ("standard formula") a couple of weeks ago. 10 units at uro for training, then 20, 30, 35, 40. I had to stop without ever getting a firm enough erection for intercourse because the aching pain just kept getting worse and lasting longer. Seems I'm in that lucky 20% who e...

How long after prostatectomy before achieving orgasm

I'm 9 weeks after RALP, and can't reach orgasm with masturbation. (Tried everything that used to work...) I may just be impatient. Hoping when I start trimix next week this will resolve, and that I'll be having sex with my wife again and not need to take things into my own hands so much. I'd appreci...

Re: Singing praises for Trimix

Barry, Again, thanks for the follow up. I've only had one climax since my surgery, and unfortunately it was solo. Not sure how much urine was expelled in lieu of semen, maybe a half ounce. Enough to run all over the place and make it to the towel I was laying on. (I tried to be prepared for the unkn...

Urine Leakage during sex, after RP

I had Robotic RP on March 1st, and will be getting my TriMix "dick sticking" lesson from my uro on May 3rd. Looking forward to resuming relations with my wife, and am concerned about leaking urine during arousal and climax. My one climax to date was kinda messy (and alone). Any thoughts, c...

Re: Singing praises for Trimix

Cigar, Thanks so much. Sounds like if you follow the Boy Scout motto of "always be prepared" the spontaneity issues can be minimized a great deal. Assuming Trimix works (and I'm sure it will), the major anxiety (performance) is put to rest. Now you've helped put the second anxiety to rest....
