Re: Has Anyone After 1 year of having an Implant lost Girth?

Same in length and about 1/8 inch larger in girth than 6 weeks post op. Both similar to preop measurements which were the measurements I have had since being an adult. I have not had prostate surgery or priapism or a long period of time without erections so I went into implant surgery with my baseli...

Re: Will this really change my life?

Likely to be uncomfortable if fully inflated all day at least for me but hours fine and less than fully but hard enough probably all day. The nice thing now that I am about 2 years out is that it just isn't something I think about much anymore as it isn't noticeable when not needed and very noticeab...

Re: Dr. Kramer, Baltimore

It is highly unlikely that any urologist that has done more than one implant will have perfect results every time. And judging the volume of mistakes versus success by those posting here is probably the most unscientific process ever created as most guys likely dont know about this site and of the o...

Re: When would you have gotten an implant?

I would agree with Merrix that it is easy to regret not having an implant sooner if a great result like I feel I have had. No one could give me that guarantee so I waited until I felt it was was not tolerable anymore. Then no matter the outcome I knew I really had to do it for me. My wife was suppor...

Re: Changes in seamen after implant surgery...

Definitely should check in with your urologist or PCP to get a semen sample and urinalysis to see if infection or if the rust color is blood. Worst thing would be that it is nothing and best thing is you find something early. They will want to know.

Re: Creams To Increase Blood Flow?

There is a trimix gel that has to be made by a compounding pharmacy and prescribed by a physician and like the MUSE pellet is put in the urethra. It is not really uncomfortable to do so. Like injections of trimix works differently on different people at different doses. There are also restylane and ...

Re: Kramer Special

does kramer install a tube and bulb to drain post-op internal bleeding? I did not have a drain after surgery with Dr. Kramer. As you can see from looking at my other posts I had a very good experience with Dr Kramer and his team. And great results now 16 months out. On vacation this week and I didn...

Re: 1 wk post-op. is this normal?

Everyone is different as your systems tendency to clot, other medical problems, how difficult it was to place etc. all make a difference to outcome. One big variable is also how much we all move arounnd and stand and lift at first. The more you lift and stand for long periods the more swelling. And ...

Re: How many is enough? (Surgeon's Experience)

That is a hard question (pun intended). But it really is. Ideally someone that does 25-50 a year so that it isn't weeks since the surgeon and surgical staff have done one as not only the surgeon but surgical team need to have a routine that minimizes infection and maximizes size. I am concerned that...

Re: Who told you about implant surgery?

I have struggled with ED since a teenager and first tried to have intercourse. I had nothing normal to compare myself to and that many years ago there was no internet to see super normal let alone normal. And no TV ads talking about it as if it happened all the time especially if you sat in bathtubs...
