Practicality of Malleable/Semi-Rigid prostheses

Currently, in everyday activities, I do not like to hang down (and my small size doesn't do that well, anyway), but prefer to be held by my clothes in a upward-pointing orientation (as much as my small flaccid size allows), so I wear briefs rather than boxes. With a malleable, I understand (correct ...

How long can one use a malleable/semi-rigid

There is a time limit on how long it is advisable to keep the inflatable prostheses "up". With the malleable/semi-rigid is this issue completely absent?

Re: A pumpless inflatable

The one area I would like to see updated, is to tip to help with floppy glans. Anyone know if they working on this? It seems to me from what I have read, the "floppy head syndrome" is the result of two phenomena. 1) improper sizing of the implant (too short to support the penis' head) and...

Re: A pumpless inflatable

1. Build a prototype. 2. Call a patent attorney. You'll be a rich man if it works! Thanks for the thought. I thought before I posted the drawing that someone could steal the design. But I took a chance. If the design gets into production in time for me to get one, that would be nice. If I could get...

Re: Hello. waiting for 3rd implant

Dr Kramer is going to do the procedure the end of this month. He was so accessible and friendly and even gave his cell number to call. I'm very optimistic now.... it's been a great relief to talk to him. We'll see how it goes. Congratulations on finding a Doctor in whom you can have confidence and ...

Re: How long does it take to see results from Jelqing?

For the purpose of this forum, the question should be how long does it take to improve erection quality and to what exten? It seems to me that since many men with long-time ED have lost some length and girth, this would have some interest in restoring what was lost (just as all the treatments here ...

Re: Curious. What eventually wears out?

I will speculate (from what I know of plumbing in buildings and other mechanical stuff) that the failure modes which relate to ffrequency of use would be related to the pump or valve(s). Then the inflatable portion. Leakage from kinking or pinching of the flexible parts and simple mechanical wear co...

Re: There is no something like PE

It's frustrating if one ejaculates just after entering the vagina. But what is intercourse for? Right, sexual reproduction. The sooner the sperm enters the vagina the better. I'm a natural scientist … 8-) I wonder.... When the woman has an orgasm, her muscle contractions actually pump the cervix in...

Life expectancy of implants:

I intended to post a topic titled "Life expectancy of implants:", but you beat me to the subject. I have read there is a relation between the number of inflation/deflation cycles (essentially the number of times one has sex) and implant life (more frequent use-earlier failure) Is there any...
