Re: pre-op to reduce any size loss?
Is there anything I should do to maximize my post op size and prevent size loss? Im 25 and after a nightmarish two years with venous leak, hopefully this is coming to an end soon. Ive decided to get an implant. I heard VEDs maybe? Does brand of implant matter for keeping size? Thank you What you ne...

Re: Punt distal to the end of the glans even when flaccid
On March 25th I will be in Rome to see the doctor who gave me the implant, as I have already said several times, my distal tips are too far forward, I am at the end of the glans even when flaccid, they are annoying and I am not fully enjoying my implant, someone have you had this type of problem? H...

Re: Implant is too big!
I would guess maybe swelling. I noticed really much bigger size in recovery after my repair. The same cylinder was put back in and none of the components were replaced. But size was really something to be proud of. Give it some time and see if things get a bit smaller.

Re: Penile Exercises After Surgery.
I will repost this. Doctors differ a lot and so do men who have this surgery. You should follow your doctors instructions. No need to follow other doctors and other men's instructions. If your doctor instructs you to do any exercises then you are good to follow your doctors instructions. If not you ...

Re: Pumping and future tech…
Some information that might help on this. 1. The electric pump/battery is not intended to be placed in the scrotum. 2. It is intended to be near your waist line under the skin so a recharging device on a belt can be used. 3. other devices for nerve stimulation started out as recharging devices and h...

Re: Can you feel your rear tips?
Can you feel your proximal (rear) tips? My right side is poking me where the butt cheek meets the leg. I can't feel the left at all. I know it's not right. I'm just wondering if anyone is living with it and does it work or have pain during sex. At this time, I'm still in recovery about 1 week since...

Re: Flat or round penis?
Hi, I wanted to ask to implanted people. Is your penis flat or round when aroused and inflated? Also, do the tips properly get into the glans? And, finally, is the shape of the penis the same than before the implant? For example, I have seen some photos of people with a much bigger (in girth) shaft...

Re: AMS LGX 700 pump position
My doctor was known for low placement of the pump. And mine does move around a bit and will also get turned around. But doctors are different and place the pump differently among the other things they do differently.

Re: What What Employer Insurances Cover Top Implant Docs?
I am just guessing about this but I would think a job with the federal government would be worth looking into. State governments maybe also. The common past rule of thumb was government jobs had lower pay but better benefits and job security.
