Both of them are excellent surgeons with excellent reputation and results.
They might differ on approach, scrotal vs. subcoronal.
I would go to one that charges 7K less because that amount can cover all expenses And still 2-3K left in the valet.
Maybe, that is just me.

I have OTR pump for 21 month and never had a problem.
Very easy to deflate.
My problem with Titan is my deflated look which is never flaccid.
I hate to have semi all the time.
