If I need an implant I will want an inflatable one. A malleable one would be good if there is a problem with dexterity to control an inflatable, or if implanting a reservoir is impossible due to other surgeries and scarring. 3 piece is not concealable by just the eye you have three balls. I’ve talked to multiple surgeons and they frown on malleable saying always simi rigid never fully ridged
