Dr Hakky does use a catheter but uses a numbing type lubricant and plenty of it. I had zero problems after all my surgeries with him. Some additional reading I’ve done states the catheter keeps the urethra pronounced so it helps the surgeon from causing any damage to it.

All my revision surgeries went better that in initial one. The first ever kept me in bed almost two weeks. All the revisions I’ve been up in two days. The pain was a lot less on the revisions. My revisions have never been more than a few years apart

Dr Hakky also uses the same staff in the operating room. They are super at patient care and attention!!

De Hakky is the best !! You can’t beat him as a doctor and friend. He is totally 110% for his patients. I’m vet biased but he has been a lifesaver for me !!! I drive 5 hours just for my visits. I probably pass several good doctors but the drive is for the best one.!!

I had my first implant in 2013. It lasted two years. Had a complete revision in the fall 2015. In Feb 2016 had to replace the pump. That implant lasted til fall 2021. I had a complete replacement. I then had numerous surgeries after that because of failures of the device and body failures internally...

My one touch has to be held on both sides and cluck the button to release. Once deflated squeeze the pump two short little pumps to lock the valve. This will keep fluid from flowing back into the cylinders. It’s not uncommon to be pumped full and then sometime later get another pump in. The cylinder...

Find a higher volume doctor who loves his profession and his patients. One that can speak in plain terms and is approachable pre and post op! I found one that met all the criteria listed and I am so thankful.

Keep pumping and using it!!!! Pain should will go away. There are times when I have a lot of extended sex I get tender but I did back in the day when I was young before ED.
