Congratulation and best of luck with your surgery. From the pictures, looks like you have traded some length for girth, since it looks like you were blessed with plenty of length, I think it was a good "trade". Keep in tough and post pictures as you recover.

The pain stops as soon as the climax subsides. The more intents the climax the more intents the pain, and it's only down the left leg, it is hard to describe, but it does take away some of the euphoria of the climax.
