Re: My Surgery Journal And Impressions

You're keeping a great journal and it will be of tremendous help to guys navigating this journey. As a 44-year old contemplating this surgery, I am always impressed when you young guys bight the bullet and go through with this - especially you, who are doing this "solo." You're an inspirat...

Re: Stretched Flaccid Vs. Erection Length for Size Prediction

Getting a true erect length - and I mean super, rock-hard, about to explode, erect length is much more difficult to achieve on demand. If it were that easy, there'd be more male porn stars! Getting one in a doctor's ...

Re: Insurance and the "rock star" docs.

Can I assume you were seeing a Uro under your workplace plan, and then when it came time to get an implant, you decided to go to Kramer? How did you approach this with your Uro? Was it awkward or difficult?

Thanks,

Insurance and the "rock star" docs.

Question for you guys who have had your implant surgeries performed by one of the high volume experts like Dr. Kramer. If you're on a work-sponsored health insurance plan, how are you treated when you want to go outside the system and have a surgery performed by someone maybe clear across the countr...

Re: Ready to start the journey?

Could you elaborate on your Peyronie's plaques and experience with Xiaflex? Do you have bending, indentations, waisting, or what, exactly - and how did Xiaflex work for you?

Thanks,

Re: Got implanted and noticed a small problem...

I'm confused - did the doctor tell you it was natural/congenital curvature, or Peyronie's? Because they're two different things?

Re: Got implanted and noticed a small problem...

How much of a curve are you talking about - 10, 20, 30, 45 degrees? Mild curvature can be completely normal (congenital curvature). I had downward curvature naturally UNTIL I got Peyronie's, then, ironically, I became straighter because of the condition. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a littl...

Re: After implant..Dr Elist implant also?

Elist joined up for a while last year on a Peyronie's Disease forum I have participated in for years offering his wisdom as a urologist (which is rare, and always welcome on that forum). Unfortunately, it became readily apparent that he knew less about Peyronie's Disease and current treatments than ...

Re: Implant with Peyronie's - experience?

Steve, where along the penis was your bend, and did the doctor have to go in and cut up the scar tissue to make you straight, or is the implant overpowering the Peyronie's scarring?
