Re: Cylinder Tubing Exit Scheme
RoastBeef...sorry I didn't get to your q with my last post. I bypassed VEDs and/ or rings of any kind on the way to my decision to be implanted. The mrs has a 'thing' with spontaneity/ continuity and anything that interrupts the foreplay routine on the way to insertion just cramps her style...has fr...

Re: Cylinder Tubing Exit Scheme
oldbeek/ all...thanks for all the input. I had a 'huge' penoscrotal incision (4+ inches) due to the surgeon's removal of a significant 'turkey neck' skin (scrotal webbing). So, no, not infrapubic. He had all the room in the world to work in while he had me on the table...nothing like the minuscule o...

Cylinder Tubing Exit Scheme
After just a bit more that 5 months post-op, the more I explore my implant, the more I come to question my surgeon's credentials and knowledge base regarding how to properly install the unit (no matter whether it's AMS or Coloplast). I was implanted on 11/8/18 with a Coloplast Titan Touch that inclu...

Re: Crease / bent cylinder
I have creases on both cylinders all the time when deflated in the same areas as you. With the Titan, they seem to be much more pronounced than they should be and, yes, that area of my penis does offer some pain when I try to move it for any reason. All go away when inflated.

Re: Implants surgerns
I'm in the greater Richmond, VA area and absolutely endorse NO implant surgeons! Go to Baltimore, New York or anywhere but here!! I have no direct information about any implant surgeon on the South Side (i.e. Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc.) but if they are anything like the surgeons associated with V...

Re: Implanted 2 years now.
Good for all of you! In my case, however, I could not disagree any more vehemently with every part of my journey to implantation last November 8th! From my 'I know better than you what you need and don't ask any questions' local Richmond, VA uri surgeon to the back table Coloplast rep who doesn't co...

Re: Manual Assist YES/NO
All...after almost 5 months out, I point slightly downward (on a curve). Pre-op, I pointed slightly up but not anywhere near some do at 1 or 2 o'clock. With implanted cylinders, I don't believe anyone points 'up' anymore just by virtue of the fact that, inflated, they don't curve the way we may have...

Re: Implant pain was a breeze
Dave... Holy s**t!!! I can't even begin to understand how much pain you're going through! No, obviously, I've never had kidney stones (or had a baby) and I thank God for that. Rest, follow Eid's orders, etc. and get well ASAP. I've appreciated your counsel in the past, even though when I tried to ap...

Re: Anxiety affecting sleep
Ralph...I, too, had and continue to have anxiety that has caused a huge loss of sleep for the past year or more. I know what my problem is but, in your case, you haven't provided any clues as to why you're anxious. Can you share your story (although, since you're on a site for ED issues, I can guess...
