Re: Infrapubic or penoscrotal
here is a quote from an article on the subject: from Dr Bruce Garber The scrotal and infrapubic approaches each have advantages and disadvantages. The scrotal approach provides excellent access to the corpora, which is especially helpful in patients with corporal fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease, who...

Re: Titan flaccid vs erect length
Then with 18+1 and barely 3 inches partially inflated, I see nothing else for me but disappointment. MK MK- when you are measuring, are you utilizing pressed bone length (PBL) meaning you are pushing the ruler square against your pelvic bone. If I don’t do this, my measurements are substantially le...

Re: Titan flaccid vs erect length
My understanding from being on FT was that the flaccid length matches the erect length. I tried to do a search of the results and came up dry. I am 9 days post-op. My injected erect was 5.5” and I am now measuring 5.0”. I just wanted to know if I will be bigger whilst inflated. I am actually ok with...

Titan flaccid vs erect length
So, 8 days after my surgery and am excited to inflate. Doc wants to wait until week 4. I know that titan owners have a similar flaccid length vs erect, but I must ask... does your pumped up length differ from your flaccid length and by how much?

Re: Infrapubic or penoscrotal
Just imagine how much they have to stretch out your shaft skin to work that reservoir into place plus installing the cylinders stretching out a wadded up pile of dick skin. All those stitches around the shaft. I cringe. One important aspect of safe infection free implants is avoiding skin contact. ...

Re: My implant diary
MK OK. I was actuAlly left undeflated. I just want enough please me and my wife honestly. It’s easyvto get hung up on the numbers game. Is your reservoir causing you issue? Sounds like it just needs time to repair itself. I have been off narcotics for two days now and seem to be healing well. I hope...

I know it’s just a number and not what will be useful, but I measure 4.5” Anyone with implant, is it too early to measure? I got implanted on 9/6. Just c...

Kosh, How is your recovery going on? MK MK- I am doing ok. Thank you for checking in. I got the cowboy walk down to a T! I’d like to stop taking pain meds after tomorrow. I have spent most of my time on the couch legs elevated and iced. I had a drain that came out after day 2. It was no problem. Th...

Thank you Frank Talk
So, today I got my implant. I got a coloplast titan 18cm + 3 cm RTEs. I am on the couch managing the mild/moderate pain with Norco and ice. I am doing fairly well. My surgeon did say that after measuring me and installing an 18 with 2rtes, he saw room to put one more rte in. He said the was a perfec...

Re: Posting live in surgery - My Journal
Sorry to hijack your journal, but is it SOP to cycle prior to activation? My MD stated that he activates at 4 weeks. Is there a difference? What would happen if it’s not cycled prior to activation? And finally, I thought activation meant inflating for the first time. Is that not the case?
