Are these the same issues you had before implant?

I was told after implant to soak in hot water and pull down on pump. I am not sure at this stage it would help but you could try it, just don't overdo it.

Can you explain what you mean "sideways"?

I believe the 24cm is the xl version which is more girth. Is your length 6.3 bone pressed?
If so you would most likely be fitted with a 20cm, no way to know for sure until the doctor gets in there and measures.
Some doctors can file down a 24cm Titan and allow for more girth.

I found that you should not try to hold it in but to relax and don't let it build and when you sneeze say something like horse shit!

With me and most likely you the jock strap top was just below the glans and very uncomfortable.

For me my Ved length was close to 8" but an erection prior and after implant is 7.25",
So that may help you determine what you may end up with.

Mine has done that some, a Titan rep told me to do a full press on the bulb after deflating to reset the valve. Seems to help. I just got used to having something hang down my pant leg.
