By VED do you mean a vacuum device for having sex? Or a vacuum pump for penile exercises? I use an Encore Deluxe (has both manual and battery pumps) and Osbon rings for sex. We use mostly silicone lubes. Both Uberlube and Penchant. Occasionally a hybrid(water and silicon) Sliquid Silk. Lately the go-to is Gun Oil Silicone based. I have also had good luck just using 1 Osbon, removing the pump, then adding another ring by folding the ears of the "working" one inside the cylinder and pumping to desired stiffness then adding the 2nd ring. This method takes a bit longer than loading 2 at once.
