Duck gave some pretty good advice. I'll just add two points. An insufficient dose can look a bit curved. Don't double the dose. At most add another 5. You can go up again the next time if necessary.

I concur with the prior post. Insist on a therapy referral. Bear in mind that not all therapist are equal. You may not get a satisfactory one on your first attempt. Ideally, you'll want a therapist that specializes in sexual wellness.
