Note the mexico price is only $5,000 less than what I believe is Dr Karpman’s (Mountain View, ca) private pay rate (last I heard). I had peyronies corrected w excision, grafting and AMS CX implant. A year later I needed a revision and switched to a Titan. Once your peyronies is corrected, it should not return w any implant. Tip shifted lower
After 7 months, my right tip in the glans has shifted downwards and is no longer uniform height w the left tip. Has this happened to anyone else and any idea why it happens?

From what I can tell this CFSA is a physicians Assistant specializing in surgery. The surgeon had to bring her in to assist or do some of the surgery herself to speed things along. He absolutely should have told you who else would be performing the surgery and that it would be private pay out of you...

I don’t believe you overreacted, it should have been explained up front. However, that rarely occurs except buried in the fine print of the consent. I would insist the assistant bill Medicare first and then see what Medicare says you must pay as it may be less.
