Re: Implant + TEP procedure Journal - 34yr old Australian

Remember that pain can be a sign of healing. The swelling should be looked at.

Re: Glan enlargement with IIP

I would say your Urologist is referring to the medical grade penis pump + constriction ring solution offered for erectile dysfunction. I would ask them about the constriction ring and if it's okay for an implant. Beware that constriction rings can cause Mondors disease (blood clot in the superficial...

Re: Cock ring when?

A caution with cock rings, they can cause thrombosis (mondors disease) if worn too long.

Recommended period is to wear it no more than 20 minutes and not more than once in an hour.

I imagine that the greatest risk of an open vesectomy is that a few sperm may be able to find the other end of the v...

Open ended vasectomy okay before an implant?

Can this cause complications to the pump and tubing, in future, or cause complications during the operation? Edit: BTW, Perito says h...

Re: Surgeon choice: local vs. travel

There probably are people here who will disgree w/me but,if you are willing to travel, I suggest picking a surgeon who does infrapubic (not penoscrotal) implants. The main reason is that recovery from infrapublic surgery is shorter and less traumantic. Dr Ied said that he finds penoscrotal offers a...

Re: Hitting blood vessels and haematoma

Thanks for the tips and information, particularly as you guys are quite more experienced than me, much appreciated!

My Urology clinic didn't discuss compression or massaging the site.

The haematoma is clearing up quite quickly and is almost gone.
