I am 5 weeks post op and having the same problem. Everything else is feeling pretty good except the head. It is still tender and sore and doesn't like any kind of pants or underwear. I am assuming that the tips of the implant are the last part to heal so I'm being patient. Is this normal?

I am 4 weeks post op and mine went away within just a few days. Can't even tell they were there.

Implanted AMS 700 LGX November 7th. I went to my 2 week post op appointment to activate on the 21st. My scrotum was still tender, swollen, and wasn't even close to ready. I went again a week later (yesterday) and was barely successful with the Dr doing it herself. It was uncomfortable but tolerable....
