I am 5 weeks post op and having the same problem. Everything else is feeling pretty good except the head. It is still tender and sore and doesn't like any kind of pants or underwear. I am assuming that the tips of the implant are the last part to heal so I'm being patient. Is this normal?

I went again a week later (yesterday) and was barely successful with the Dr doing it herself. It was uncomfortable but tolerable....
