Re: Developing a Curve

After I had my prostrate removed because of cancer the urologists suggested Viagra: did not work, then Carverject and that was horrible and painful. It did give me instant erection but I noticed that it was traumatizing the penis and I felt like it might lead to curvature. So I decided right there t...

Re: Glands?

It takes time for all the nagging little pains to go away, but they will go away. You got to remember if it is the first implant that some equipment is in your penis now that was not there before. You got the cylinders which are pulled all the way with a nylon thread through two small hole punctured...

Re: Why such varying instructions re: Activation date

First implant doctor did not let me activate for four weeks. On revision I was fifteen years older and the doctor did not let me activate or cycling until six weeks because I had trouble with the incision that was made just below the penis and the scrotum. The stitches were removed premature at four...

Re: AMS 700 LGX vs CX

nate5758: It sounds like you might have gotten the LGX, not sure but the MS part that you mention is the pump. It is suppose to be an improved pump, but for me it failed after 20 months. I am having surgery Jan 11, 2019 to replace the MS pump. For those interested on the difference of a CX vs LGX. I...

Re: Newly Implanted

My urologists told me on my revision not to cycle for at least six weeks. Let the stitches be removed and completely healed up before you want to cycle. The only thing you want to do if you had the surgery from the scrotum area, is to softly go through a pinching motion of the scrotum to prevent sca...

Re: Scrotal swelling

Apply ice packs every four hours if possible. My scrotum got so black I got scared and went to the ER. He called it a hematoma and gave me a prescription. But he also said it was because of the revision and to keep putting ice packs. I believe it took like a week before it started to look white agai...

Re: Should I Cancel My Implant Surgery?

If the heart specialists gave the green light, you should be just fine for the surgery. You will be sore the day of the surgery, but by the following day the pain will start going away. Just have some ice packs to keep the swelling down for a few days. You will like the results of having a bionic di...

Re: Disapointed2 getting implant on Nov 30th 2018

You will never regret it. ED is terrible in my opinion. I have been sexually active all my life and when that thing stops working, to me it was very depressing. So if something fails mechanically like my pump did, I do not hesitate on having it replaced. Sex is very important in life. What is the us...

Re: Cycling advice

Yea! I think it was just a lemon because the first one I had was a different type of pump. I had to squeeze the box to deflate, but hell it lasted 15 years. I was hoping the revision would have lasted just as much and I would not need another surgery, but it was not meant to be. lasted only 20 month...
