Probably depends on pre-surgery size. I have the CX and my circumference is 6.25" to 6.5" inflated.
I am happy with that, and I would not want any larger.

Just returned from flights in Indonesia, Singapore, and back to LAX. Nothing noted by security, but I think my hip replacement dinged the bell. Now I actually feel slighted after hearing about your pat-downs.

6-6.5 in circumference before AMS 700 CX. Still the same afterwards.

Update: Arrived in Jakarta without issue. Luggage was not inspected in customs, so no issue.

Flying out in the morning. I'll let you know how it goes.
