If you apply for TSA precheck you will bypass the body scanner. I have an ostomy as well, so this works out for me in more than one way.

agree with Mike123. My flaccid is larger now and harder, but as he said, it's not necessarily a bad thing. My implant always has some residual saline in it, even when I squeeze most of it out when deflating. I get a slow "flowback" of saline. It's not an erection, just a semi, I guess. Uri...

I had numbness on the underside, which was distressing. The nurse told me it would "probably" go away, and it did in about 6 months.

my total charges allowed by insurance was about $20k. Rochester, NY. I find the charges Ive seen above very surprising.

Don't give up. I almost passed out on first inflation by the surgeon. I had to lie down for twenty minutes as my blood pressure bottomed out. Keep at it. It will improve. It may sometimes feel like you are at the upper limit but you may able to get one or two more compressions if you use both hands ...

You will not get the rigidity that you need. The two piece is seldom used. My surgeon would not even consider it. how much ibuprofen are you taking? You might not be taking enough.

I would start with the doctor's office with questions regarding follow up care. Some discharge you the same day; others keep you overnight. My doctor did not see me again for six weeks. Others are seen sooner.

I found that tight-fitting briefs or jockstrap helped in the beginning. I bought one size smaller than I usually wear.
