IMHO, it all depends upon your original (pre-op) length/ girth and your pumped up/ flaccid (post-op) size. My pre-op flaccid state was almost undetectable while my post-op state with a 22 cm Titan in 2018 seems to be a semi-hard state. I enjoy being whatever state I want to be depending upon my mind...
