Many have to go abroad for gender reassignment surgery. MTF surgery requires an implant after creation of a penis...but that’s different than installing an IPP in an existing dick. May be a place to start if one can only afford overseas costs.

They’re def the top two highest volume implant docs in the country w great reputations...but not everyone can see them of course. I went Roth a local doc who also is in the high volume category...Dr Karpman.
