Re: AMS 700 Malfunctioning?
I had problems after 10 months of my revision. But mine started acting up from the start. It seemed to me like the valve on the MS pump would get stuck, then it would make like a popping sound and it would work. Finally it completely stopped working. I had a partial revision in Feb 2019 and everythi...
Re: Revision
Gary: I forgot to ask you if they can just replace the cylinders and leave the rest alone. It is a lot less intrusive by just doing a partial, and AMS says that it is OK to do a partial as long as it is less then five years from the last implant.
Re: Revision
I have had two revisions and the last partial revision I recovered within three weeks, give or take a couple of days. I was amazed how fast I recovered this last time.
The first implant was the hardest for me. But now I know that by applying ice packs often you will recover a lot faster.

Re: Coloplast Titan length loss
Not sure what it all requires for a surgeon, but I started having a partial revision and was just going to change the MS pump, but he noticed that the cylinder tips were at the base of the gland and he felt they needed to be pulled in about half an inch. I suppose he pulled the two cylinders out, th...

Don't use Speedo swim wear. Wear the other type of swim wear. I would never wear Speedo's too big of a basket.

Re: Coloplast Titan length loss
You are correct Kurt, the cylinder tips are suppose to go about half way into the gland. My last revision they had to pull mine in about half an inch further into the gland and change the rte's. I never had a floppy gland though because I could still get a partial erection without pumping at all. Bu...

Re: Loss of sensitivity
That is because they pull the cylinders through a tiny hole they make on your gland. It will take you four to six weeks before you will be fully recovered and ready for action.

Re: Scrotum fluid following implant
I am not sure if mine was fluid or what, but on my second revision my scrotum got big, but I thought it was just the swelling. After applying ice packs several times a day, the swelling started to go down and the bruising also started to go away. Ice packs will help you a lot. I am sure you will be ...

Re: Implant scheduled 2019, July 18 with Dr Eid, NY - WTF am I doing?!?
You will wonder why you took so long to discover that the three piece implant is a life saver. You will love it because you will feel like a man again. That is how I felt after my first implant. But I did not wait as long as you have, I decided right away after I had my prostrate removed and how har...

Re: Bailey’s 6/18 surgery update!
Just apply ice packs to the scrotum at least four times a day for about twenty minutes and the swelling a bruising will go away in about a week. You will be just fine, take your antibiotics and pain pills if you need them. I believe I took the pain pills only for two days, then I was fine with very ...
