Re: Does Trimix work for soft glans?
There is a product called Trimix Gel which is inserted into the urethra. Since the corpus spongiosum surrounds the urethra and since the glans is part of the corpus spongiosum, this product might erect the glans. I personally have no experience with it. The cost of it seems somewhat high. Another po...

Re: Finasteride and Propecia
The sexual medicine specialist whom I see, Dr. Irwin Goldstein, strongly recommends not to use 5 alpha reductase inhibitors such as finasteride, deuterastide and propecia because of their negative side effects including sexual side effects.

Re: Cumming with Trimix
There is a whole thread about this topic: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=10287&hilit=anorgasmia You might be able to find some ideas there. One fairly common technique is to reduce the amount of Trimix to the minimum needed to get a useable erection. This works for som...

Re: Newbie with some injection questions.....
Just to add to once a writer's comment about needle gauges. I use a 31 gauge 5/16 inch needle quite successfully. However, I do push the syringe tip down into my skin, making a distinct dimple. If I didn't make the dimple, the injection probably wouldn't get into the corpus cavernosum. The only 32 g...

Re: Ambicor 2 piece questions
I am puzzled why you gave up on Trimix. I can appreciate that priapism is scary. However, the fact that Trimix got you there means, to me, that what you need is a much smaller dose. This means either injecting less of the mix that you have or going back to the urologist and getting a weaker solution...

Re: T Injections Boost Libido.. But Lowers Ejaculation??
Your urologist is correct in saying the testosterone supplementation lowers sperm count. Making sperm in the testicles is associated with making testosterone. When the extra testosterone is added, then your body stops telling the testicles to make as much testosterone, which also decreases sperm pro...

Re: How many units of bimix is your sweetspot?
Bimix is just a name for an injectable medication containing papaverine and phentolamine. The name by itself doesn't tell us what the concentration of each of these is. If you can tell us the amount of each of these in one milliliter of fluid, then those of us who use bimix would have some way to co...

Re: Invicorp in U.S.?
I posted this same question a couple of months ago; unfortunately, no one knew where to get it in the US. From what I can find on the Web, invicorp is not FDA approved in the US, so the manufacturer does not sell it here. Whether one could get a physician to write a script to a compounding pharmacy,...

Re: Delayed ejaculation
I have no direct experience with Cialis for BPH. There are a number of posts on FrankTalk from men who have ejaculation problems if they use too much Trimix; I have this problem myself. I have wondered whether this problem is due to the erection being too hard. Those of us with BPH already have an e...

Re: Anyone here had luck with Cabergoline to improve orgasm chances ?
I have been using cabergoline since 2013, using a dose of 0.125 mg per day. (I cut the 0.5 mg pills into quarters and take one each evening before bed time.) I find that cabergoline helps moderately with delayed ejaculation; however, when one's ability to ejaculate is marginal, even a moderate impro...
