The Xialla cock ring works great for me and does not need improving. My understanding of the new version is that it is different in appearance and texture. I have been using the original version for a couple years.

I just started 11 mg Boron this week primarily for prostate health. In the last year my PSA has increased from 2 to around 4. Are you checking to see if Boron is helping your PSA value? I am 77 and a retired chemist also

I started with O rings both on penis and around balls and had some success that way but they tend not to stay where they are needed. Try the Xialla and you will forget about the O rings....
