I'm trying to get a feel for the high end of years anybody has had their original implant for. For example, has anyone not needed a revision even after having their implant for say 15+ years?

Hey wolfpacker-I was 6 inches length and 4.25 inches girth before surgery. I am still 6 inches length and 4.5 girth. BUT I had stopped aggressively cycling for awhile and just started cycling again. I have high hopes for more girth.

I continually find it challenging to shave my scrotum with pump. Any tips...certain shaving cream, razor etc that works better than others?

Would the shaft be as hard with lipofilling as without? Would there be no sensitivity on the shaft? Would the filling make the shaft uneven? I must say though I love the idea of increasing my girth.
