Not sure Bro but mine run in front. I have been concerned with using a vac pump because the opening puts a lot of pressure on those pipes in front when i pump up - that is a concern for me.

Been three years since ive been implanted. All going well and wanting to maybe use a Penis Pump to encourage the blood vessels to the glan which has hardly been engorging.
Can any brothers recommend which pump tp try ( I did try two years ago but there was too much pressure around the base)

You may need to squeeze your shaft at the same time to get most of the fluid out. Good idea to give it one or two pumps after to reset the pump. That said my Titan was still quite rigid but everything will soften gradually over the next 12 months.

All good it will still work fine.

Mine was also like that and during my first post opp visit to my surgeon he trapped it and pulled it straight. Was painful but been good ever since.

Mine did that too and when I visited my doc for the first time after the opp he just held it at the base and bent it straight - that was four years ago and it’s still straight. Try bending it in the right direction often - it won’t break

Mine is similar. It has always been a bit tender if I press down on it but hasn’t been a problem during sex.
