It is very early days so i wouldn't tell her. She may think you are some sort of freak and have a change of heart about you.
It's important that she gets to know you as a person first. If she asks after the first session then ok tell her otherwise i would tell her after a few months.

Dont go to India - there are some nightmare stories from having it done there. Australia has some excellent surgeons who can do it for you and you in Singapore are not too far.

Getting an Implant is major surgery so why risk doing damage or getting an infection by being in a rush to get going. Most do. Mine had a 'cold' numb feeling to it which took at least a year to gradually go away. Everyone heals differently so it could be quicker for you.

Cycling pain is normal for a while but it does get easier until you feel no pain. That said, I stated doing the Perito exercises 3 years after implanted and I feel some pain now. I believe that i am stretching again and have noticed some gains in length.

Lost Sheep is spot on. I could not 'finish' for ages but it did improve with time. The numbness took at least a year to go but you just have to believe that things will improve - and they do.

About a year ago someone did post a video of themselves bending it as in the Perito demo. He bent his just as seen on the Perito's youtube video.
