I'd have to agree with OttoHS, I found after watching his videos that his hands are superb, I've read other doctors on this site and others comment on it. I also agree with others who say these top couple of guys are all great decisions, splitting hairs to pick.

Kramer I believe is 20k, considering probably best in world not bad. Eid great surgeon, he's a little more, probably due to NYC. Anyone else doesn't make sense but it's your money

Save yourself a lot of time and money, go to Andrew Kramer in baltimore, the one doing the huge amount of surgery and putting it online. Maybe Eid comes in 2nd but who knows.
