Re: VED: implant inflated or not?
Quite interesting. However if I fully pump up my IPP there is no way that it would enter the cylinder. Way too thick my dick. I tried it without any pumping up and it worked very well. What this means is that the wrong size of VED cylinder is being used. Get a larger diameter cylinder (LeLuv makes ...

Re: auto inflate
How odd. I've not had that issue. After pressing release button, I have auto-deflation until pressure drops to equilibrium and then just squeeze the remainder out. So far I've never auto-inflated after that procedure. I have found that there is saline in my implant IF I squeeze the bulb after deflat...

Re: Advice on questions to ask Dr Ralph
One side note: I thought that in the UK, physicians carried the title "Dr." but surgeons had the title, "Mr." as in "Mr. Ralph". For anyone curious about this little distinction, I was curious and found the answer several months ago on Google.

Re: auto inflate
That's odd - I'm assuming with your LGX you also have the MS (Momentary Squeeze) pump. Maybe in my case, the 65 mL reservoir isn't being compressed to the point where I'm prone to auto-inflation but I get better results on the AMS 700CX with MS pump if I squeeze out all saline and stop - do nothing ...

Re: bottom of pump attached to scrotum
For the longest time I thought my surgeon had gathered the three tubes where they converged under my penis and put a stitch around them there (not attached to flesh) but in my case, the tubing to my pump is so freaking short that there was no need. I have read different techniques for pump placement...

Re: Agfa13- My journal, 3-piece, then 1-piece, back to 3-piece.
Yes, last pic is fully pumped, hence the disappointment. Believe it or not, I have never really looked at myself pumped until these pics I have a virtual appt. with Dr. this Friday, 6/5. Gathering my questions because I am jealous of you guys on here. Surgery was March 2nd (happy B-day to me), it i...

Re: A disappointing setback
but have no idea his expertise or how he may handle my unique situation with fillers and testicular implants getting in the way Also, don't hesitate to ask questions. You should ask him how many implants he has performed in his practice and how many per year or per month he performs. Ask him what h...

Re: A disappointing setback
I wrote and heard from Dr. Meyers a urologist who works with Coloplast a lot in the Portland area. His cost for everything is $17,000 which is for his fee, facility, anesthesia and 3 months post op visits in his office. What decision do I go with? The more expensive Kramer at $24,000 but he's also ...

Re: A disappointing setback
I emailed my insurance company about a few issues, hopefully I'll hear back tomorrow, but the PD won't work in my case, mine is straight as an arrow. My severe PD wasn't totally visible. I had a bit of an upturn (30 degrees or so) and a bit of hourglass on the right side. What I did have was a nick...

Re: A disappointing setback
So Kramer's office called, their insurance person who does precertification called my insurance provider and it appears implants are a plan exclusion. I thought I had good insurance but my employer is self funded for insurance costs and therefore they probably made decisions to keep costs down for ...
