Yes the manual says subtract 4 cm or in some cases 2 cm but surgeons don't really do that.

Try using a VED to maintain length, maybe it will give you mental peace.

@agfa13 I think you wer implanted recetly so you can take it easy for a while. Btw what size were you implanted with perhaps you can write that in your signature.

There are two AMS 700. There is the LGX and CX. The LGX expands in length. Which one are you implanted with?

I wouldn't recommend going through this unless all other options don't work. You can try pills, they work well especially if you don't have much ED. Injections can be the next step but honestly, they could be dangerous for you (priapism).
