My uro said every other day.

I think that is because a second injection plus the initial injection may cause priapism. (those little boner makers still wandering around in your body)

Check expiration date ... trimix will lose potency even if it is kept in refrigerator.

2010FLHk..... I have used trimix for 5 years+, my formula is 30MG Papaverine, 1MG Phentol, and 20 Micrograms Prosteglandin. I am satisfied with both longevity and firmness. I have posted a "Show and Tell" on my experience with trymix, the photos there would not be considered "chubbine...

I am on Xarelto blood thinners and I have never bled injecting trimix. I use the finest 31 guage 5/16 inch long needle.

I have never hesitated injecting nor changing my dosage of Xarelto.

The cautions are related to priapism... fear that the trimix previously injected will remain in your system, and any addition might put you over the safety zone..... My Urologist warns against anything more than every other day. I have 'cheated' a few time with no negative reactions, but my dose was...

Its been 4 years since first injection...
I recall asking the urologist as he prepared to inject me, "Will this hurt?"

He replied, "Not at all, It's not my penis"
