Re: Revision Surgery Booked

Hi Warren

Re: Revision Surgery Booked

Thanks for everyone's reply's. In response to Tbonegas's question. My first operation which was about a year ago was carried out by Dr Ralph. This was for a Lue procedure to straighten peyronies. This didn't work and under the same anaesthesia they put a malleable implant in to keep things straight....

Revision Surgery Booked

I'm am still having a total nightmare with my Titan implant which was carried out December 2017. I haven't posted in a while as I have been trying not to let it consume my whole life. I was sort of hoping it was going to improve without the revision surgery. Following on from an MRI scan and a coupl...

Re: Met Dr Ralph / The Merits of Ultrasound

Hi Defiant, If you do proceed with an implant on the NHS, hopefully you will get DR Ralph actually performing the surgery. There is no guarantee of this. Dr Ralph was also my lead consultant when I had an implant. However on the day he did not carry out the procedure. It was one of his colleagues. I...

Re: My storey and worries/ advice needed

Hi Hugh Thanks for your advice. I know its early days just freaking out a bit (probably a lot). The thing that is really worrying me at the moment is that it keeps getting stuck in a position and doesn't seem at all natural when flaccid. I.e. if I have boxers on and position it to the left. A couple...

Re: My storey and worries/ advice needed

I’ve been having no problem inflating. I think having the malleable implant in for 3 months prior to the Titan stretched the penis out and meant the healing on the penis was quick. I am finding it more uncomfortable in the flaccid state and it looks deformed and hard lumps at the base. I have starte...

Re: My storey and worries/ advice needed

Thanks for all the advice, I am continuing with the twice daily inflation to max. In the evenings I am leaving it inflated for an hour.
Hoping the deflation gets easier soon.
Me and whe wife are looking forward to trying it out Friday (6 weeks post surgery)

Re: My storey and worries/ advice needed

Hi spikepork Thanks for your advice, was your procedure done at UCLH on the NHS? I have found the communication so far has been terrible and no direct consultations with Dr Ralph. Only his colleagues. I am under the impression that as it is NHS, there is no guarantee of surgeon. If I had known befor...

My storey and worries/ advice needed

Hello and apologies in advance for the long post I was diagnosed with peyronie's disease approx 3 years ago. 1.5 years after the initial diagnosis the curvature entered the stable phase but had left me with roughly 100 degree upward curve in the penis. My GP had referred me to UCLH in London where t...
