I'm with Larry... hold the release button as you squeeze your penis. You don't have to squeeze hard just firm pressure.

Find out how many implants he has done! Get a doctor that has done a lot. You don't want to lose size!!! My doctor is Christine in Birmingham. He did a great job and is very nice.
