I was wondering how does it take from the initial consult to actually getting the implant?

I do not have any pics yet, but will post some soon. I enjoyed being naked both indoors and outside in nature. I have skinny dipped when younger. I am planning on implant surgery asap. I welcome all of your thoughts and experiences. My wife is not so liberal, but that's cool for her.

How many of the men who actually had implants are nudists?

Is there any penile stretching that can be performed immediately after implant that prevent length loss? as along as pain is not excessive?

Does everyone experience this depression? How do you prevent this? is this something new?

does it hold up to the advertisement of increased length by up to 25 %
