I personally use a heat pack from the second I start feeling anything other than normal… when I am done cycling, I usually will leave that on for an additional five or so minutes and go about my merry day. Best of luck, have a happy new year!…

And that is 100% a ballpark figure… I was 6.75 before surgery and I’ve run through the math as to what I should get… seems like I will be right on track… unfortunately for most of us, this is all a game of patience…
