I've had multiple failures of all the various parts. Most failures were Coloplast Titan, and one failure of an AMS CX.

Titan implants. Never had one with an AMS. I don't the the implant brand had anything at all to do wit it though. If I needed another, I'd be fine with a Titan again.

Both AMS & Coloplast come in standard size offerings but can be ordered to spec. if such order is placed. If you have 7.5" or more, Titan is usually preferred by most Docs. I'm a person with an extreme girth measurement and have always had a custom size and tubing length as well. Some peopl...
