Jway, It appears when you are laying on your back that your tips are protruding out under and behind your glands. Is this the case ? Do you have a floppy head?

I too would recommend looking into the LGX. My doctor only used the Titan which turned into a disaster for me.

If the tips are sticking out underneath the glands there is something wrong . That is a problem I had.

I had the same problem which contributed to my going negative over the implant and having it removed. This combined with the tips protruding underneath my glans created a very uncomfortable condition. I would like to try again with an implant but only if I had the LGX.

I had the same problem. I experienced discomfort with the reinflation of the Titan and was afraid the tips would wear through the skin. When fully pumped they would go into the glans.

I believe my implant was undersized. I did not have floppy glands but when it was flaccid the tips protruded out the underside of my penis below the glands . That was very uncomfortable as the Titan continued to inflate after being drained.

I live in the Pittsburgh area. Who did it?

What is the dog ear issue ? I probably had it but didn't know it.

Is that AMS or Titan ?

I had been planning to be re-implanted in January but cancelled due to doubts concerning going with the Titan again.
