At 4 days of surgery, you don't know how much inflated you will be. Your doctor will probably send you 70% inflated or more. Better not to push this meeting as other brothers mentioned.
Get a stool softener as you may get constipated the first couple of days.
All the best!

Re: Sex / Intimacy Aversion Pre-Implant (Help pls!)
Tangerine has an excellent post on ED effects at: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17501&p=159142#p159142 Most of men went through such an experience. Sexless relationships face a lot challenges, as it is against human nature. If you are having the ED issue (unresolved) s...

Re: AMS 700 LGX PUMPING ISSUE
I started by 70+ pumps, and continued this way for weeks. Because the pumps is too hard in the first weeks, each squeeze releases a small amount of fluid into the cylinders. Inflating while taking a warm shower or bath (I didn't take baths but many members here did) really helps softening the bulb. ...

Re: AMS 700 LGX PUMPING ISSUE
My first inflation at the doctor's appointment was so painful. I immediately deflated. Gradually, I could inflate to more stiffness and higher angle. Maybe at around 45 days of cycling I could reach 3pm. For the first time (or even weeks), it is pretty normal to not have a full erection, but worries...

Re: problems since revision
Sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your implant. I second Newbie's suggestion to contact AMS representative. Your issue seems to be with inflating as you say there is firmness issue, and you should not have the floppy glans going from 21cm to 23cm. Instead, it is expected to get pa...

I am about to plan an implant on January 17th from professor antonini, my cock now without implant when I have an optimal erection seems to be the same as this, same anatomy, who knows with the implant if it would come out the same as my natural cock, according to you who did the the plant comes ou...

Re: HELP! Is this normal?
It is hard to say, as there is no (ideal spot) to locate the pump within the scrotum. As I can see here, no 2 people have their pumps in the same place, or have the same orientation. I believe it is directly related to the tubes length. Also the (kids) place and size vary from one another. Many of u...

Re: tubing being noticeable
Oldbeek is right. The RTEs are the non-inflatable portion of the implant. The tubes are connected with the cylinders at a certain point inside the shaft base. If the crus is deep, the surgeon cannot do the connection deep inside the body. Instead, the the RTE is used. However, its use should be just...

L.S. AMS has both preconnected and non-preconnected tubes. Not sure about Titan's.
